Dan Ritz, designer extraordinaire, demonstrating why he has temporarily relocated from Phoenix to New Zealand.  (Apparently this is what rush hour looks like there.  Jerk.)

How tough is Byron Bowerman?

After a wicked accident that thrashed his laptop, his face (notice the cuts and chipped teeth?), and his car, Byron still made it out to Phoenix Startup Weekend to support the local community in planning, building, and launching multiple new businesses in one weekend.

He also got right back on the client projects he was working on, causing relatively little loss of productivity.

That’s dedication.  Props to Byron for showing us all how it’s done.
